Quotes & pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and the published starting prices for each service. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person inspection of the vehicle's size and condition, before any work begins. Additional services requested or conditions discovered during inspection (including excessive pet hair, severe staining, or heavy oxidation) will be quoted and approved by the customer before being performed.

Appointments & cancellations

Services are by appointment only. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit any deposit paid, and deposits for such appointments may be non-refundable.

Deposits

Certain services — including ceramic coating and multi-day paint correction appointments — may require a deposit to reserve the time. Deposit terms for your appointment will be stated at booking.

Ceramic coating warranties

Coating durability ratings (2-year, 5-year, 10-year) reflect the coating manufacturers' rated performance under proper maintenance. Warranty coverage, where applicable (including Carfax-registered coverage on qualifying System X installations), is subject to the manufacturer's conditions, including proper wash maintenance and any required periodic inspections. Coatings do not protect against rock chips, deep scratches, dents, or collision damage.

Vehicle condition & pre-existing damage

Paint correction removes a microscopic layer of clear coat and is performed conservatively; defects that extend beyond the clear coat cannot be removed by polishing and will be identified during inspection. Carbon Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, failing clear coat, or aftermarket paint defects revealed during the detailing process, which will be documented and brought to the customer's attention.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing at booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, with venue in Harrison County, Mississippi.
